We aim to remove the burden of handling your maintenance and other such support services, freeing you to focus on your core business. Providing facilities management services is our core business and we promise to use our expertise and knowledge to save you money, without compromising the operations of your staff.
NPL also leases office space in Port of Spain, San Fernando, Point Fortin and Sangre Grande, offers conferencing facilities and operates a public, multi-story car park facility. We believe that we demonstrate our experience in Property and Facilities Maintenance simply through the provision of same to our many tenants and clients.
NPL provides expertise and advice in all aspects of non-core business activities, from property acquisitions and disposals, through space planning and design, to building management and maintenance. We undertake individual projects and can provide a Project Management service to cover a range of different premises related issues.
Under the government-implemented Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Act, NPL actively assesses risk, exposure and preventative measures implemented by the client and provides assistance in making the client HSE compliant.
